In this project, I further investigate how often people experience being excluded in daily life and how it affects their psychological well-being. Using smartphones, I will collect real-time data from participants over several weeks to understand the frequency, reasons, and individual responses to exclusion. This approach aims to provide new insights into ostracism, its causes, and potential ways to support those affected by it.
